At Lone Prairie Outfitters, we know waterfowl. As birds begin to arrive in the fall, our guides have the skills and knowledge to stay with them throughout the winter. This allows us to consistently target fresh and healthy migratory groups, as well as the strong local population of wintering geese and ducks. Come experience the best western field hunting for ducks and geese with us!

If ducks and geese aren’t what you’re chasing, we also offer guided spring turkey and a limited number of trophy mule deer hunts.

With some of the healthiest turkey populations in the country, we are lucky to be able to chase three species: Rio’s, Merriams, and Rio x Merriam Hybrids.

Athel and Nathan are true professionals. Their love and respect for the grind was so evident throughout the whole weekend. From setting the spread to loading up at the end of the day, they had smiles on their faces and worked their tails off.
